Delivery Information
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Yes — once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Your delivery carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot or a nominated neighbour.
Returns Policy
You may return unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@mannela.com before sending anything back.
No. For food hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or unsealed. This is in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. We will refund the original product price plus the original standard delivery charge to your original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, please contact us at support@mannela.com within 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us at support@mannela.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the damage. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Please contact us at support@mannela.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We'll resolve this promptly at no extra cost to you.
We do. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, all return shipping costs are covered by us.
