Between us, we have spent over 25 years working in the food industry. We know what goes into great food — and we know when something is being done lazily.
For years, we kept seeing the same hazelnut spread everywhere. In coffee shops, in homes, on every breakfast table. We read the label and thought: someone should do better.
So we decided to be that someone.

We tested multiple recipes. Tasting, tweaking, starting again.
The brief we set ourselves was simple: rich without being too heavy. Smooth and spreadable straight from the jar. And hazelnuts — real hazelnuts — that you could actually taste.
